Terms and Conditions

1 nights accommodation is required to confirm all bookings .

All rates are based on single/double occupancy ( 2 people)

Extra adults are $50.00 each per night, and extra children are $25.00 each per night

Rates are based on a minimum 2 night stay. 1 night stays attract a 10% premium, not available over weekends, or any peak periods.

Peak season rates apply during all public holidays, Christmas, Easter, Leeuwin Concerts and other predetermined dates.

Cot and high chair available at $10 per night (limited stock)

Check in time : 2pm - 4pm

Check out : 10am

Cancellation Policy

14 days notice of cancellation is required to ensure a full refund less admin fee, 30 Days in all peak periods.

Non - Refundable admin fee of $35.00 is applicable to all cancellations.

If cancellation is made less than 14 days , or 30 days in peak season ,prior to arrival date, and we cannot rebook any of the nights in question, you will be charged in full for those nights.

Change in dates or alterations to bookings attract a fee of $25.00. May not be available if booking is within 14 days.
