Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation & Payment

A valid credit card is required to confirm a booking. We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX. A minimum deposit of one (1) night’s accommodation is required. The remaining balance of your accommodation is due at check-in, unless otherwise arranged. Losari Retreat reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for add-ons, no-shows and cancellations within the applicable cancellation period.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Check-out: 10:00 am

Guests arriving after 4:00 pm must notify Reception prior to arrival. Late check-in instructions will be provided. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless approved in advance.

Rates

All rates are based on double occupancy, except for our 2-bedroom Garden Spa Villas.

Please note that our Botanica Spa Villa and Lakehouse Spa Villa are adults-only. Infants under 12 months may be accommodated upon prior arrangement with Losari Retreat management.

Additional charges apply as follows:

• Extra adults: $150.00 per night (Garden Spa Villas only)

• Children (17 years and under): $50.00 per night (Garden Spa Villas only)

• Infants (under 12 months): free

Cots are available for $50.00 per stay. Peak season rates apply during Western Australian public holidays, Christmas, Easter, and other nominated dates.

Packages

Spa treatments and villa-chef services must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. Preferred dates and times must be provided at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability. If we are unable to secure a requested service, the relevant cost will be removed from your booking and you will be notified. Losari Retreat acts as a booking agent for third-party services and is not liable for the quality, cancellation, or delivery of these services.

Accommodation Charges

All accommodation charges must be settled upon check-in. A valid credit card must be provided at check-in and will be securely stored for incidentals and any damage charges.

Number of Guests

Each villa has a maximum occupancy:

• Lakehouse Spa Villa: 2 guests

• Botanica Spa Villa: 2 guests

• Garden Spa Villas: up to 4 guests

Exceeding the maximum number of guests is not permitted. The use of additional mattresses, tents, caravans, or exceeding the allocated number of vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Conduct

Losari Retreat is a peaceful, private property.

• Strict no party policy applies

• Excessive noise after 8:00 pm is not permitted

• Disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only, with doors closed

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Animals & Wildlife

Losari Retreat is a working rural property with animals and wildlife.

• Feeding of animals is strictly prohibited unless authorised by management

• Interaction with animals, including patting, is at the guest’s own risk

• Children must be supervised at all times around animals

Losari Retreat accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from interaction with animals.

Children & Safety

Children are welcome in the Garden Spa Villas but must be supervised at all times.

Guests acknowledge:

• The property includes an unfenced lake

• The grounds are natural, uneven, and may present hazards

• Outdoor spas/jacuzzis are used at the guest’s own risk

Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of children during their stay. Lakehouse and Botanica Spa Villas are designed for couples and may not be suitable for young children.

Guest Safety & Liability

Losari Retreat is situated on a 66-acre rural property. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with a natural environment, including water, wildlife, and outdoor facilities.

Use of all amenities, including spas, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests with medical conditions, injuries, or who are pregnant should seek medical advice prior to using the spa or facilities. To the extent permitted by law, Losari Retreat will not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during your stay.

Loss or Damage

Losari Retreat is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.

Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for all additional expenses, including damages or missing items.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Robes: $50 per robe

• Spa damage: minimum $100 or full repair cost

• Damaged or missing items: replacement cost

Additional service charges:

• Linen change (stays under 4 nights): $50

• Towel change: $30

• Replacement bedding (if required): $50

• Washing: $20 per washing bag

Guests staying 4 nights or more receive a mid-stay service with fresh towels. Any outstanding charges will be charged to the card on file after departure.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Must be used within the validity period

• Extensions are at management’s discretion

• Bookings made with vouchers are subject to standard cancellation policies

If cancelled within the eligible cancellation period, vouchers may be reissued. Outside this period, vouchers may be forfeited.

Amendments & Cancellations

No refunds will be provided for:

• Early departures

• Cancelled nights

• Changes after check-in

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival (or 30 days during peak periods) will be charged in full. All amendments are treated as cancellations.

Pet Policy

Losari Retreat is a strictly no pets property.

Animals of any kind are not permitted on the property at any time unless prior written approval has been granted by management. Guests who arrive with an unauthorised animal may be asked to vacate immediately without refund. Losari Retreat reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee, costs for any damages caused, and any loss of income resulting from disruption to future bookings. Certified assistance animals must be declared at the time of booking and will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Force Majeure

Losari Retreat shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, extreme weather, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Right of Entry

Management reserves the right to enter any villa at any time for the purposes of maintenance, inspection, safety, or in the event of an emergency.
