A Birthday Escape for Three Friends and Their Horses
Some birthdays call for cake and champagne. Meaghan’s called for a Margaret River escape with two close friends and their horses.
For her birthday getaway, the group chose Losari Retreat’s Equine Escape Package and the spacious Garden Spa Villa. It gave them room to settle in, time to relax, and the rare chance to bring their four-legged friends along for the celebration.

The Perfect Villa for a Group Getaway
The Garden Spa Villa was the ideal fit for three friends looking to enjoy a little space, privacy and comfort between rides.
With two bedrooms, a generous living area and a well-appointed kitchen, it offered an easy base for a long weekend away. But it was the thoughtful details that made the stay feel especially indulgent.

After full days spent out riding, those little comforts made all the difference. The group loved returning to the villa, slipping into the private hot spa and settling in beside the Eco Fire.
Horses, Forest Trails and Time to Unwind
The real highlight was sharing the experience with their horses.
With spacious paddocks and ample float parking, the girls could bring their horses along and enjoy the freedom of riding nearby forest trails, including a ride down towards the Margaret River.
Afterwards, it was time to slow the pace right down. The friends enjoyed massages during their stay, watched the geese by the lake and made the most of the villa’s peaceful setting.
“We loved looking out and seeing the geese by the lake, relaxing in the spa after being out riding, sitting on the couch mesmerised by the fire.”
The Kind of Stay You Want to Repeat
For Meaghan, the weekend struck the perfect balance between adventure, comfort and connection.
The group only left Losari to head out for dinner. Everything else they needed for a memorable birthday escape was right there.
“Once you stay at Losari, whenever you return to Margaret River, you will only want to stay there! It’s going to be quite hard to top our experience. We couldn’t fault a thing!”
We’re so glad Meaghan and her friends had such a wonderful birthday celebration, and that their horses could be part of it too.
